Refund and Cancellation Policy
30 day refund on all products listed and sold on this site (through www.teachable.com), except for private French lessons.
Private lesson refunds available if session has not been completed.
Cancellation Policy Terms: 24 hour cancellation policy for private lessons sessions is necessary.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We mainly teach informal and casual French conversation. We do not teach “standard textbook French”, we focus on slang and informal spoken French. Everything we teach is general advice and should be treated as such as language evolves and changes over time.
